US-based autonomous delivery robot startup Nuro is laying off 30% (about 340) of its workforce as it shifts focus towards R&D and away from commercial operations. The company, which has raised $2.13bn, is seeking to extend its capital runway and has faced two consecutive years of lay-offs.
